Netflix bonus
Feb. 27th, 2003 12:37 pmSo... I sent Netflix a note yesterday about their FAQ that referenced when they send what in the queue. The Q doesn't match the A which I pointed out. Plus I wanted to know why my 'available' movie didn't ship. I got a note back today that basically repeated the A in the FAQ.
I sent them back another note. I told them in the second note that I didn't even want a reply. All I wanted was for them to look at the FAQ and fix the answer so that it actually answered the question. And, I pointed out - very tactfully and as nicely as I could - that their response to my original question led me to believe they might spend more time reading the original emails so that they could respond more accurately.
I just got a note that still doesn't answer any of my questions BUT they gave me a bonus selection! Now when I got to my queue there's a bonus button. When I hit it, I'll get an extra DVD. Pretty cool.
