I was just checking out AllTheWeb's new look , and discovered that if you plug in the URL you get a nice, tidy little report of interesting tidbits about that URL. I did both susandennis.com and www. susandennis.com - I need to find out where that description is coming from... (links are to the reports on my website, not the website).

When I look up my page, the description it displays is the caption to the first picture that is displayed. Interesting. And cool.

I still can't figure out where they got the description. It's not particularly inaccurate, just curious. I looked up my newer websites and they had no descriptions. Interesting.

interesting...seems they have an archive of my site from 1999...when there was music on the pages...hasn't really changed that much tho' not sure how I feel about having my old site archived like that tho'

It's not AllTheWeb that is archiving your website. It's the Wayback machine - AllTheWeb is just pointing to the results. The Waback machine is at http://www.archive.org.

They archive everything!

Learn something new every day lol...at least you won't find any old pages at nocats.com that say "under construction" or "pardon my dust"...one of my pet peeves for web pages...took a while but I wised up and got rid of the music 'cept for 2 pages
