LJ is my reward

I spent all morning cleaning up after yesterday and then this afternoon I had an ugly job. I promised myself that if I go it all done by 3, I could stop and read LJ. I did and I did and what fun. pheon has a new word for me and joyofmacs demonstrated exceptional skill in the use of festuche and ruralrob had some beautiful snow pictures. Even Parker looked glad to see me in kjaz's photo...

A wonderfully perfect reward for a good day.

I have not been listening to the Mariners games every day like I always do during Spring training. The games are played in Arizona and start at noon my time. For the past several years I haven't missed a one. This year, I've only really heard a few. I haven't had time really but I also keep forgetting they are playing! I wait all winter for baseball to start and then I forget??! What's that all about?

Unless something gets really unbuckled, I'll get my afternoon off tomorrow. Sweet. Life is good here at the top left.

are you able to listen at work?
because you know you can get
the gameday audio on mlb.com.
that's the only way I can get
spring training games down here.
none of the local radio stations
are picking up the KOMO broadcasts yet.

Fortunately, here at ground zero, I can either listen on the radio or on the computer. IF I remember to turn it on!
