Gym Report - cardio
Feb. 13th, 2009 07:55 amI kinda cheated a little. I'm trying to get to 3.0 with either or both of the elevation programs that the treadmill provides for a solid 30 mins.
Today I did 30 minutes mostly 2.8 and only half of that time was with an elevation program. Most of it was at .5 or just flat. I'm a slacker. But if you want to shoot me you'll have a hard time finding the lean meat to aim at!! Ha!
There was some kind of class going on and a fair number of people on the cycle and treadmill machines plus a full boat in the weight area. Muscle up for VD day?
Me? I'm going to shower and then get to work!
