Eating for One

susandennisI live alone and I hate to go to the grocery store and don't have one nearby anyway. But, I do like to eat. So discovering a tastey easy dinner is always exciting.
A couple of weeks ago I bought some hamburger and some jar spaghetti sauce. I cooked them up together and froze the meat sauce into little single serving containers. Then it's just fire up some pasta and I'm good to go. But, that's not the thrill.
I did this several nights ago and it was too much so I put the rest in the fridge. Then I took it out a couple of nights later, topped it with grated cheese (a pizza mix) and baked it for a while. It was delicious. But, still too much.
Tonight - two days later - I took it out and just put it back into the toaster oven for 20 minutes and it was STILL delicious. It's the little things like this that are fun.
