Mom is mad because she wants to talk to Bank of America about her Visa and the automated system tells her the wait is 10 minutes. She's been meaning to call now for 2 months. The toll free number is available 24/7. She is retired with nothing to do (I mean her TiVo doesn't even work right now.) And she waits until Monday morning????

I just got a call from one of our sales reps who was bitching about the quality of our collateral pieces. I learned that our sales admin had printed some out for him and fucked up the printing and didn't duplex and apparently can't staple very well or very consistantly. I told him I'd let her know he needed higher quality. I went up to her desk and explained (for about the 5th time) that we always duplex, when we have to staple - we do it neatly, and we never use collateral with the old logo. In general, I stress, our reps are using this stuff to send to customers and we want it to be our best.

I get back down to my desk and the bitch sends me a note that she is too busy to print him out new stuff and will I do it. Check out your window... are donkeys flying??????

And speaking of the window... the weather people all promised today would be cool and it would be rainy. It is not cool and there is no rain.

That last bit was just in case you were wondering why I am so cranky.
