Better. I paid attention this time. Still 10 minutes at 2. My hip(s) started hurting about 4.2 into it. Not really hurting but I could feel them. They felt like they do when I sit crosslegged with the laptop on my knees for more than a couple of hours without getting up. Anyway... I did another minute and a half and then I ratcheted up the speed to a whopping 2.5 and tried that. Better! Seriously. No hurting for the last 4 mins. No hurting on the walk home. I'm healed!!
mtgirl gave me a suggestion about stickers on a calendar. I do keep a really pretty Seattle wall calendar here next to the desk. So yesterday I got stars stickers. And now I have one on each of three days. It's fun to get a sticker! I may be closing in on 58 but some of me is still 5.
Now I have about 45 mins until time to leave for Susan's and my chore is to figure out how to restore my right mouse click menu function in IE. Works in everything else. When I right mouse click in IE I get the menu but nothing is 'hot'. I cannot live without my right mouse clicks and I have no idea how to get them back!
