Week 38 - strength

I did my regular round of Rosie homework.   I don't work up enough of a sweat.  I think I need to maybe do more - like go through everything once and then go through it again maybe.  

The yoga class may change that.  I did finally focus today on the fact that that damn thing is 70 minutes long!  I looked at 6:15-7:25 and immediately translated that to 50 minutes.  But now I get that it is a long long long time.  Wonder if I have a gym attention span that long.  Guess we'll see 

The gym had the usual number of suspects today.  I missed a great picture/movie of Lucky watching everyone work from her doggie bed perch.  She does crack me up.

I am in the crankiest mood I've been in for a long time. And for absolutely no good reason. I'm just annoyed at everyone and by everything. I wish I worked in an office full of people so I could bite someone's head off. I'm not sure I started off this way today but I know that's where I am now. Weird.

I keep trying to think nice thoughts. I had a wonderful sandwich from the deli for lunch. And while I was waiting for it, I listened to one of my favorite songs - We Need a Little Christmas - from Mame. It was on the radio in the deli. I had a brief reprieve but it was smashed when I got back to my computer and found 2 emails that pissed me off all over again.

I think it's like a 24 hour bug only it's a 24 hour cranky. Tomorrow all will be fine again. Today, keep your ammo close.
