Week 38 - strength
Nov. 29th, 2007 08:04 amI did my regular round of Rosie homework. I don't work up enough of a sweat. I think I need to maybe do more - like go through everything once and then go through it again maybe.
The yoga class may change that. I did finally focus today on the fact that that damn thing is 70 minutes long! I looked at 6:15-7:25 and immediately translated that to 50 minutes. But now I get that it is a long long long time. Wonder if I have a gym attention span that long. Guess we'll see
The gym had the usual number of suspects today. I missed a great picture/movie of Lucky watching everyone work from her doggie bed perch. She does crack me up.
