30 minutes on the treadmill, this time with yet another program - rolling hills. Just changing the program up now and again helps it not be quite so dreadful. The gym was pretty populated but I was there before 9. Also I was there before the sun came out so it was a glare free workout which was wonderful.

Sun's out now and frying up this living room but I have the door open and the air isn't hot so it's not so bad.

Slipping out for 5 minutes to grab lunch across the street, running into an old friend I hadn't seen in ages and then getting back here with NO emails and NO IM's waiting... Color me grateful.

Today is the first day that's is warm enough for windows open. I always open my sliding glass door at night - nearly year round but close it during the day... not today... and Travis totally forgot what it was like. He's jumping at the train noises, mesmerized by the birds and then doing wind sprints up and down the hallway.

Also Seattleites have not yet converted to windows open behavior. While waiting at the corner for the light to change, two cars drove by with drivers talking to the traffic, clearly forgetting they had their windows down. They were very obviously muttering to themselves out loud. I wanted to sing out "We can hear you!"

The guy I ran into at the deli is a gym buddy. I used to see him all the time until his work schedule changed. I bet I haven't seen him in a year. He says he's in there now during the 3-4 hour. We got all caught up. It's always strange to see gym people in non-sweaty long sleeves and long pants.

My living room looks out at Qwest Field. (football and soccer mostly) Last year Qwest was bought by Century Link. I wondered at the time how and when they are going to change the name of the stadium. Apparently soon, according to the rumor mill. We don't know to what yet, tho.

Ok, lunch break over... back to work!

Today's photo might looks suspiciously like yesterday... yesterday was one of the rare days that I did no knitting at all. None. Today is not going to be one of those days. This yellow guy will get more body parts tonight!
