I was anxious about going to bed last night. Really bad breathing episodes are, fortunately, rare but have all happened at night in bed. I worried for nothing. I slept like an Olympic Gold Medal sleeper. I even slept through when the radio went on and didn't wake up until after it had been on for an hour. I woke up a couple of times to pee and was kind of breathless when I got back to bed but if it lasted a long time, I don't care cause I went right back to sleep.
And... this morning - no gasping, no coughing, no problems at all. YEAH!
Today I will spend inside enjoying quality time with the final (I hope hope hope) day of my air conditioner until next year. The Seahawks play across the street so while I enjoy the sounds, the noise will likely get a little too loud and so with my air conditioner at work, I can close the door and still hear the sounds but also be able to hear the TV.
This starts the last week of baseball. Amazingly, the Mariners are not out of the running yet for post season play but I don't expect that to last if it happens so my near daily 3-4 hours of baseball comes to an end. It's been great this year and for the first time in years and years I'm truly looking forward to next year. But the end of baseball signals the end of hot weather which is such a good thing.

The Mysteries of Laura... I watched the first episode to the end because I honestly couldn't believe how horrible it was and assumed it would head in the right direction before it was done. Oh so wrong. Spoiler alert.... it gets way worse in the last 2 minutes. Holy crap.
