Nice day so far!

I've been sleeping, lately, in a way that is just killing my arm - elbow and shoulder. I can't exactly nail the issue so I can't fix it. Fortunately, I have an adjustable bed so last night I cranked it up and slept fine. I woke up about 3 to pee and then flattened it for the rest of the sleep. Arm fine. Solution found? Hope so.

There were a lot of people there and ready when the gym guy unlocked the door this morning. The pool was pretty full most of my swim but with nice folks and good sharers. It was a nice swim. I tried to enjoy it doubly since there's no pool tomorrow. :(

As I got closer to home, I started seeing the tell tale signs of a Seahawks game. I had meant to look up the time and verify that it was tonight. I forgot and it's not. It's a 1:25. Good thing I didn't decide to run errands after my swim. They already had the streets blocked off and I had to go around my thumb to get to my finger and into my garage but I got here and I ain't going nowhere.

My Amazon package arrived already. Speakers for the PC and the sewing room (I hope) webcam. Also on the agenda for today are setting up the LJ Archive on the new PC and finishing up the GMail backup that I started last night.

And sewing dolls. And maybe finally watching the movie I bought the other day.

I pulled out one of my strata servings for breakfast. 1.5 mins in the microwave. Delicious. I think I have a winner.

Web cam update

Now I have 2 webcams in the living room and one in the sewing room!! And, to the best of my testing, they all work. If they don't, sorry. If you let me know, I might can fix. But, if you let me know one doesn't work, please tell me which one.

The other living room cam

Whew. I need to document what I did to get the sewing room cam up. It was easy once I figured out the tricks but I need to write those tricks down. Not bad at all for a $30 cam!

I got my gmail backed up but I can't get the auto program to run and I can't figure out why. I did on the Windows 7 machine and I'm doing the same thing... shit like this just bugs me.

And speaking of bugging me... I just called the gym. They have the parts. They have not fixed the pool. They may fix it Monday. I should call back. On Monday.

Everything on my list. Whew. The new computer is really fun to play with. It's so snappy! I got the gmail backup weekly auto run fixed and working. LJ Archive is loaded on the new computer and all up to date. I figured out how to maintain the cross network access to files and folders from one computer to the other without having to use a password to log in. I'm quite pleased with that one. The cams all seem to be running fine and accessible. My old USB keyboard is not behaving properly. It cost me $10 about 10 years ago so I think it's done its time. So I ordered a new, bluetooth one.

I put everything away, boxed up an Amazon return, made a doll and now I'm going to sit and knit and watch TV. From the sounds of things, it does not appear as if the Seahawks are winning... it's quite quiet over there.
