28* eggs!!! I'm RICH!
Mar. 14th, 2021 09:50 am*34 if you count the bag of hard boiled eggs I bought. And even more if you count the pint of egg beaters. The egg drought is offically over.
If you were not driving the streets of downtown Seattle, this morning, you were not the only one. Ghost town! At 7:30, it was still a little dark. Enough for me to easily see inside places that had their lights on. Fun to semi visit old haunts and to find a couple of restaurants that I figured were long dead, were still alive!
I went to the Trader Joe's that is on the other side of downtown from me. It's so much nicer than the one closest to me. The people at the one closest to me eat customers for breakfast lunch and dinner. The one I went appeared to be genuinely glad I was there. Me, too!
I forget that I love Trade Joe's produce section better than most.
I think I got the right amount of good stuff to last for a while. I haven't thought of anything I forgot yet. I did pop into Safeway next door and picked up a few things that TJ's doesn't have.
The clock on my car dash is finally correct again. Such a treat.
My plans for the day include putting all this shit away. And then a trip down to the dumpsters. And then crochet and baseball. Nice way to spend the day.
