All the chaos and decisions and mess got fixed last night with a truly wonderful dead assed sleep. I keep my Google calendar in the view of today plus the next four weeks and there is precious little on it right now. In five weeks starts baseball and some doctor appointments and other stuff but right now, this next four weeks - blankety blank blank blank. I'm looking forward to it.

I still have the fabric stash to cull and other little this-es and that-s but my house feels good and I feel good. And the cats feel good. So. Whew.

I've now gotten hooked on Tully's Hawaiian Blend coffee and I'm out. Costco has the best price but learning from yesterday's grocery lesson, I'm not going on a Sunday. I have enough other coffee to get me by til next week when, hopefully, the crowds will be parted.

Today will be a day of knitting and TV. I spent some time on Netflix yesterday trying out and rejecting most of what I tried out. I have a long list of things that I want to check out and I just need to hammer through it. Once baseball season starts, there won't be much time to hunt and peck.

But, first, the treadmill and then a shower.

There are four broadcasters who deliver Mariner games. One is radio only and one is most tv. The other two - Dave and Aaron swap back and forth. Dave is good. Not fabulous but solid and good. Aaron is like fingernails on chalkboard (to use a now ancient reference). He's so annoying that last year I finally bought a radio because I mute the TV when he's on and the radio stream was to slow so I bought an honest-to-god old time radio just to avoid him.

He just fills the airspace with crap. He never once stops talking. I don't mind an occasional reference to a broadcaster's family but I know more about his son than is natural. And I don't give a shit about him or his meal preferences or what he said yesterday or the day before or the day before that.

As [personal profile] meowmensteen once said at the end of listening to him call a game, I have a sore throat.

But Glory Hallelujah he's going to St. Louis!!! I'm so sorry for all those Missourians but I'm so thrilled for me. Of course he'll probably be replaced by some other bozo but at least it will not be him.
