Laundry and taxes - wohoo!
Feb. 19th, 2024 08:23 amI can't complete my tax return or really even turn it over to the tax preparer because I'm missing a critical form BUT I do have other stuff I can upload and get ready. I had forgotten how tedious that all is. I started it this morning but bailed until I could get more organized.
And I spilled grape jelly on the robe I wear to the pool. It's a good day to do laundry anyway so that's doing now.
I'm waiting for several things in the mail but today is a holiday so nothing will come today. I generally ignore the mail because I get very little or what I get just goes into trash so I need to make an effort to remember to pick it up tomorrow.
Tomorrow afternoon my brother arrives. He's staying in a guest apartment downstairs. It will be a different visit BUT I still have a little list of things for him to do. I do not think he has ever visited me and not hung pictures and I have a bunch this time, too. I'm thinking about getting him to drive us to Seattle for some Goodwilling. We have meals here but we might pop out for a meal elsewhere... and I want to go to the Skechers store. He's only here til Sunday so we can't be fritterin' time away!
