There is no sun this morning!! My living room isn't a frying pan!!! Thankyoujesus. There is even a little rain in the forecast. I'm not counting on its actually happening but it's nice to see in the forecast.

Yesterday's work was hampered by some key systems being down for server switching. So this morning I got up early early to get caught up on all the stuff I could not finish yesterday. Probably there was no reason to get it done early but I just hate leftovers. Half done stuff makes me nuts. Now it is all done and all is good.

That may be all the work there is today. Or not. I'm cool, whichever.

Today is Costco day with neighbors Ann and Ron. I'm their 'in' and their my ride and we have lunch. It's a lovely arrangement. I really only need coffee but I really need the coffee so it will be good.

But, first, the gym. No word from Nadia about when training sessions will start again. When she texted me from vacation, I asked her to please let me know, via email when the next session will be. I'm guessing tomorrow but that's a guess. We are going to have some rule changes when we next meet. I want a commitment in writing to our schedule and any deviations in writing. I want an invoice with dates and amounts spelled out. I'm paying what I think is a lot of money and I'd like to get training for my money, not stress and hassle. I love her and I love working out with her but it's not worth it like this. I can go back to Marcy's class once a week and get the workout and it's free.

But today is a stress free back to the treadmill day and if I delay about 20 more minutes, I'm pretty sure I'll have the gym to myself!
