Gym Report - cardio
Aug. 6th, 2009 12:03 pmI started out early this morning thinking I'd take a long walk in the cool instead of the gym. I was putting my shoes on when an IM told me about a web site issue which tied me up for the next two hours straight.
Then I lost all interest in the gym or going outside. But, I rallied by promising myself a sandwich from the deli.
When I got to the gym, I discovered 5 pushups weren't worth getting down on the floor for so I did 10.
Then 20 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the sit up bike.
Then I got myself a chicken salad sandwich on rye with swiss cheese and extra mayo.
After my shower, I'm going to make that sandwich a lovely memory.
