So I asked Nadia to put together a plan for me - how to spend my 30 gym mins each day with variety. She's going to do it on heart rate so she has to know my resting heart rate.
I've never done my heart rate before. She said do it when I first wake up. And she showed me how. And I just remembered that my little blood pressure taker thing also gives heart rate. I think I've got this covered.
Now I need a shower and I have work waiting.
