I got there early and got onto the elliptical next to Tija and then we saw Nadia coming in from a different direction than usual and decided it was a mystery and we needed to shine a blue light on it to get forensic evidence. And then we both - at the same time - wondered what do crime scene people, looking for semen do when it's a lesbian crime seen? We decided that we need more lesbian (or at least one) crime scenes in television drama so we could learn the answer.

Then Nadia came over and we learned she just took a different street.

Seriously.

It was a very good session. She worked me hard. Then, cause Bob - the guy after me - is on vacation, she had time to walk me through the plan she's putting together for me. Treadmill, elliptical and bike - 30 minutes with heart rate goals. She showed me how to monitor on all three machines and told me that elevation level 1 on the treadmill was the equivalent of walking on the street. How did I not ever know that? I've been walking at 0 for ever.

It's a good program and I learned a lot just today. She had it all hand written out - lots 'o math! And told me that she had to make it pretty before she would give it to me. "Your paying for it so you want it to be pretty, don't you?" Yes, I do. Thank you.

I know on CSI it's come up more than once that they uh, found female evidence either on its own or along with male evidence. How they go finding it though, I have no idea. I haven't done tests to see if it shows up in blacklight like semen supposedly does!
