Gym Report - cardio
Sep. 11th, 2009 08:44 amOn the treadmill - 2.7 at elevation 1. For 5. then 2.8, at 10 mins 2.9 and at 15 mins 3.0. Heart rate was 130 which Nadia says is my 75%. She says to aim for 141. She also wants me to go up to elevation 4 in spurts. I think that's going to take some working up to.
Then I did 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. I stayed above 70 rpms at level 4.
I think it was a good gym day!
Chef Tom just called and he's early! which is great except for I'm still sweaty!
