One last Summer Day
Sep. 12th, 2009 08:57 amI'm pretty land locked this weekend which is fine. There's a college football game in the stadium across the street this afternoon with probably about 40,000 peops. A few more than that will be here tomorrow afternoon for the Seahawks. I don't need to go anywhere in the car, happily.
I've still got lots of options - particularly with the light rail. I can easily use it to get to my usual library/grocery. But I won't probably. Nor will I walk. We're getting a couple more days of Summer heat.
So I plan to enjoy today right here in the house enjoying the last of my air conditioner before it goes into the closet for the Winter.
The price for this indulgence is the gym. Even thinking hard and digging deep, I can't come up with an excuse to skip the gym today. (I have one for tomorrow which makes today even more imperative.)
So once I quit piddling around on the computer, my ass will be pounding the treadmill.
