Gym Report - cardio
Sep. 17th, 2009 10:51 amWork has me so busy that I totally forgot I was going to make a little card sized cheat sheet of Nadia's cardio program and just left home without any info but I remembered some so I did what I remembered.
15 mins on the elliptical keeping above 100 steps per something. I forget what it is but I know which window to watch and that I need to keep it over 100. So I did for 15 mins at resistance level 4.
Then I got onto the recumbent bike where the trick is keeping the RPM's over 70. I did this using the intervals program.
Both were hard but I powered through. Now I need to check my notes and see what I should have been doing but I am dripping sweat and work is waiting.
