Gym Report - cardio
Sep. 22nd, 2009 10:21 amTreadmill day. I started out great. 2.5 speed alternating elevations 1 and 4 at 1 minute intervals. The plan was to do that for 10 mins and then 10 mins of flat (not flat really - elevation 1) and then repeat the first 10 mins.
But... at 15 mins, Tija came in and we chatted for 15 minutes. It was not terribly easy to chat and do 2.5 speed at 1 elevation so clearly I have work to do.
Tomorrow is Nadia and I think I have my questions ready for her.
Now I have work waiting and I am way too sweaty do anything before I shower.
