Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 13th, 2009 10:17 amWhew. Treadmill Tuesday and it was hard. I did 2.8 for 10 mns at elevation 1. Then I alternated between 1 and 4 elevation but I had to drop the speed down to 2.6. The whole thing was more of a struggle than I usually have on Tuesdays but not the 'I'm bored and want off' struggle, more the 'out of shape and this is too hard' struggle.
When it comes down to it, I really only do cardio at the gym 3 days a week. Usually on Saturdays I find some kind of alternate walk but, truthfully, it's never much of a challenge. Sundays, I do do a long walk but I also try to avoid hills and have gotten fairly successful. Mondays are my day off which I should really not take since Saturdays are about the same. And Wednesdays are my training session with Nadia that is only for 30 minutes.
I should really do more but I am a lazy slug. I guess when I run out of stamina again and/or find I can't do something I want to, I'll get re-motivated.
