Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 22nd, 2009 10:04 amI did 30 mins on the elliptical - haven't done that in a while. It has a built in intervals program so I just started at level 3. It cranked up to 8 and back down to 3 over and over during the 30 mins. I tried to keep over 80 steps per minute. I was just glad that I did the full 30 without wimping out to the bike for 10 or 15.
