Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 23rd, 2009 10:44 amI did pretty good for a Friday which is not one of my better days gym-wise-speaking. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill - I did long intervals at 2.9 speed and then 1 minute intervals at 2.7. I remember when 1 minute intervals at 2.7 were nearly impossible, so I'm feeling good about the progress.
Then I did 10 minutes on the sit up bike - again intervals keeping my rpms over 80 when flat and 70 on hills.
Now I have to decide about tomorrow. I have no adventure lined up so I need to get one or figure out a gym rotation ... maybe bike and rowing?
