Gym Report - cardio
Oct. 25th, 2009 09:47 amI did it. I went to the gym on a Sunday and did 15 hard mins on the treadmill, 15 hard mins on the recumbent bike and 2 reps of 10 pulls each on the pully thingie (over head from rear for shoulders and mid section). Nice.
The stretch class had like 2 people in it and started late as usual. Lori, the instructor, waved at me as if to say 'come on in to class' and I smiled and waved back and tried not to look like 'yeah, right, bitch, I'm boycotting in hopes you will be replaced by the good instructor soon.'
Outside of class the gym was pretty busy with Sunday morning regulars. I have not been on Sunday morning in a while. Nice to know they all carried on without me.
Shower now and then maybe some breakfast!
