Wants

There's nothing like a little belt tightening to focus my attention on things I want to buy. When there is no work, I have more time and more time to shop but that's not even it, this time. This time, I have no clue if/when I will get more work hours and I keep seeing cool stuff that I must have - big ticket stuff.

Besides the NPR radio, there is this tree...



And...

If it turns out that the new Barnes and Noble ebook reader - Nook - can handle Overdrive library books, I'm going to have to get one of those, too.

I'd hate to have to take a job where I had to get dressed and leave the house every day... but the siren call of stuff is strong...

i kidna sorta thought about kindle (especially since they now have an international version) but now with at least two or three on the horizon i'm waiting to see which format wins out.

A tree you like instead of a tree you hate. I say go for it.
