Gym Report - Nadia

susandennisOoops. Just realized I neglected to report on my gymness of today. It was my usual session with Nadia. She was all about the arms and shoulders today and owwwie!
I did discover that my friend, Dave, who used to be my Sunday morning buddy until I quit going on Sunday mornings, was there. Nadia said his job ended. She also said he got a year's notice and a year's severance. He's always been so very nice to me - encouraging and fun. It's fun to see him on weekdays!
I had so much work that had to be done right away, that I never even took a shower. Stinky XML - that's what they got today!
