susandennisClosing the blinds worked wonders. When I got home the house was nice and cool. I'm a little less freaked.
Mom is not feeling great. She has a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I don't know that there's much he can do but maybe information will help her figure out how to deal with whatever it is.
No baseball tonight. The Mariners are doing so well that it's scarey. Fun, tho. Really fun.
I have in ceiling spotlights - two in the kitchen and two in the guest/laurndry/entry area. It seems to me those suckers are just always burning out. They used to carry the bulbs at Costco but no more and finding replacements at a reasonable price is getting difficult. Finally, after living here for 10 years, last year I started noting (in LJ Memories!) when I replaced the bulbs. The one over the sink burned out last night. I checked and it was mid-May last year when I last changed it. I think I've been judging these fixtures harshly. I am sorry.
Tomorrow it's another move-the-car day. They are painting the stripes and numbers in the garage. $8 to park across the street. My rule about condo living is that unless you help run the place, serve on the board or do other odius tasks, you have no right to bitch. So I am not bitching.
