And the bad news...
Jun. 4th, 2003 04:05 pmIt's raining in Philadelphia... tarp is on the field.
My mortgage payment goes up nearly $200 a month in July. Because these condos were a reuse of an historic building - the developers carved these condos our of an old railroad warehouse - we got a special deal of 50% off real estate taxes for 10 years. The 10 years are up. My annual taxes are now $2,908.18. I'm tempted to have the taxes taken off the mortgage payment and just lump it twice a year just so I don't have to see it every month. But, that really doesn't make a whole lot of sense, I don't think.
My manager and I are locking horns again. About 50% of it is that I'm a bitch. But, 50% of it is that she can't make up her mind what she wants. She says one thing one day and then changes her mind the next day and has no clue how hard it is to follow the moving target.
It's making me a little crazy and a lot more bitchy.
