Lunch break

I often suffer from one-more-itis. Usually, it's when I'm playing a silly computer game - one of those mindless match-3 things. But sometimes when I have a whole lot of work stacked up, I get it over work stuff. Like today. I was dying to pee but I kept thinking 'after the one more thing...' Plus, Travis all snuggled up next to me didn't help any. I need a work catheter.

I was supposed to get a bunch of more work today but did not - at least not so far. So I could just catch up here in about 3 hours. If I do, I think I'm going to make a quick trip to Trader Joe's. If this week is like the end of last week,I'm going to need some chicken teryaki - fast and easy, straight from the freezer food.

I'm loving the Back Door TV Network. Just saw FedEx making their delivery. It's like a big old picture window or sittin' out on the porch only you don't have to look nice and say 'hey' to every one walking by.

Back to work... I've got a stack of one more's waiting.

With me, the "one more itis" occurs when I knit more than anything else. It's one more row, or, worse, one more pattern repeat.

Oh I'd forgotten all about that one! I don't have it any more but I sure used to. Drove my ex-husband nuts.
