I've been fairly glued to the various Android forums - learning about new tips and tricks... There is a wealth of info out there. Even EVO specific. Kind of cool for a phone that has only been on the market 4 days. All fun and good.

On my own, however, last night, I finally found a calibration tool for the keyboard. You type their sentence in and it calibrates and whew! makes a HUGE difference in fatfingerishness. Now I can type in all kinds of things fairly easily and accurately.

But, the one thing that I'm still shocked over is the call quality. Ann called last night and really it's literally remarkable. I mean how rude is it to interrupt your caller with exclamations of how much you love your new phone???? It's very comfortable, size wise, against my ear and the quality is just amazing. I first used a cellphone in 1989 - it was one of those giant brick things (I had it for work). I've had a wide variety of kinds of phones since but none has ever sounded as good as this one. Score.

---

Since I got all caught up on work this weekend and this new project team is not loaded with early starters, I'm having a nice, leisurely morning.

While it has technically only been on the market for 4 days, 5,000 geeks and nerds have had their hands on it since May 20th from Google I/O. The only thing stopping me from switching to it from my G1 on T-Mobile is that my contract isn't up with them until October (and still wishful of my really nice physical keyboard on the G1).

Where did you find the keyboard calibration tool?
