Well, ya'll just come on! There has to be some cool con of some kind in Seattle... I'll break out the Yahoo and promise no mayonaise (which will kill me but I'll do it for you.)
What a cowinkidink. We were talking about where we wanna go this year and Seattle came up. The hubby and I have never been up there. We try to take two trips a year. One with our motley crew and one by ourselves. We were considering a trip to Phoenix and a fossil hunting excursion - but I've been there so we kinda were looking for a place that would be new for both of us. It would be cool to hang out some with you! It would be sometime in the fall probably so I'll keep you posted!
If you have never been here, you must. There is tons to do and see. I don't know about fossils but there are some crusty old guys who hang in the alley not far from my house. They look like they would love someone fun to hunt them.
But you only got one rainbow! it's not a real upper unless you get at least two. :-) [I've seen three. Did you know they reverse the order of colors each time?]
I have actually seen two at one time but never three and I did not know about the order of the colors! Wow. Until I moved to Seattle, I could count the number of rainbows I'd ever seen in those 40+ years on one hand. They never fail to delight me. Even one and this one was not a puny one.
Susan, I've been enjoying shoogle's photos of Seattle for several weeks now. I haven't looked at his personal journal yet, but he posts frequently in photographers. This one (http://www.livejournal.com/talkread.bml?journal=photographers&itemid=105664) was posted just yesterday.
Thanks! Fasten your seatbelt... I just found out that there is a plug in for my graphics software that seems together photos for a real panoramic shot! Things could get very exciting...
