A chemical touch day

susandennisMy friend Mary used to have what she called chemical touch days... Everything she touched turned instantly to shit. I am having one of those days. Happily, there seems to be nothing of consequence that I am required to touch.
My publish at 6 am went off flawlessly. But everything since then...
I volunteered to edit an image file for a friend. I know precious little about image editing. I have only the most rudimentary software and zero skills. Before I was done I was kicking myself for ever volunteering. It would have taken someone with half a brain and a different chemical touch about 3 minutes. It took me 2 hours and the finished project sucks.
I build web pages every day for work. I tried to make one small change to my personal web page today and it took me a half an hour to get it right.
It's a damn good thing no one is asking me to do something important.
The baseball game is at 12:30 today. Hopefully my watching it won't jinx 'em. They have won a whopping 6 games in a row!
