I was just checking on the action off my terrace and discovered that someone has set up a little train station (on the right there) and brought in a little train and they are taking kids for rides around the plaza.

There is always something going on around here.

According to the info sheet in the elevator, tomorrow morning is, indeed, the St. Patrick's day run which ends up here. Camera will be ready.

You certainly do live downtown. What is that building the train is beside/under? Are you in a high rise?

I did see you laugh and wondered what that was about.
Sounds like your place is very nice and that you enjoy it. When we lived in Toronto we always lived downtown, maybe not quite as far downtown as you, but certainly to our work acquaintances we were downtown. We were within a 15-20 minute walk of all the stores and office towers so fairly close. And I wouldn't live anywhere else in the city. If you're going to live in the city then do so, not the suburbs. They aren't anywhere(Is that good English?).
