A lovely nuthin Sunday

Well, not really nuthin... I did vacuum with the wonderful shark sweeper. Every once in a while you find a tool that just works and this is my find for 2003.

I've also been bugged by desktop wallpaper that didn't fit. I love to use photographs - most of them from you guys. But, often the aspect is off leaving gaps on the sides or the tops and this has just bugged me. I use the little wallpaper swapper tool from Microsoft, and, while it, too, is quite handy, it doesn't stretch or resize. I looked all over for a utility with no luck and then finally - slap head with hand - remembered that the latest version of PaintShipPro now lets you do scripts. So I wrote one to take every photo and make it fit the screen. Very simple, very easy and no I got no gaps.

It's still marvelessly cool here.and I'm so grateful. This afternoon will be knitting and baseball. Is there a better way to fritter away an afternoon??? I think not.
