susandennisI will only be gone really 3 days. Betty and Travis would do fine on their own. They really would but Ron and Ann are insisting that they come take care of them. Ann says she's worried they will get lonely. I'm now worried that they will get spoiled and be way pissed when they are, once again, stuck with only me.
I wrote out instructions on how to use the TV and DVD player. (I'm sure they want to watch the HDTV but I'm also sure they probably won't because it's too cold in here for them. They keep their unit as warm and I keep mine cold.) They came in just now to see where the food is and litter and get instructions. Travis seemed to understand the upcoming plans. He was dancing all over everywhere and stuck to Ron like glue.
I am SOOOOOO not their mother. They are cats. But, I am reminded of when my parents would go out of town and leave us with a babysitter. FUN times! Very fun times. We had some great baby sitters over the years.
The task I have for work is beyond tedious. I got just past the halfway mark and really going nuts with it, when I realized that I have pretty much all day tomorrow to finish. Whew. I am so done with it today.
I've done some chores - hauled some garbage down to the dumpster and hauled some kitty litter and cat food up from the car... And cleaned the kitchen and did some bill pay stuff. So now I think I'm going knit some bear.
