She's nearly done!

Chef Anita has clearly done this before. And for various types of people. She knows her stuff. Cold.

She's doing two dinners of each selection (I'll post the menu later) and they all look amazingly wonderful. Plus there are the two quiches.



This was from earlier... she's just organized.



She already has the menu from next time ready for me to approve (I do!) and she has a short - excellently crafted - survey for me to fill out tailored exactly to the menu she's cooking today.

I'm pretty sure she's a keeper.

Isn't it?? She said that her husband just took a piece of wood and cut it to fit the box and then drilled holes to fit the jars. Tres cool.

It's like a restaurant in your own kitchen. And sounds like a bargain if you compare it to the cost of comparable restaurant food.
