Gym Report

susandennisHoly crap... I have been back from the gym for more than 3 hours and just now realized I report in yet!
I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the elliptical.
The gym has a new towel deal. Before today, there were towels all over the gym - small face towels and towels to use to wipe down the equipment that required this gross green spray on stuff and free shower towels for the asking.
Now, there are towels for the asking (I think) but limited to 1 (I think) and disposable wipes for the equipment which is far better than that gross green spray stuff. There was a complicated printout explaining why in excruciation detail and the new rules. I'm guessing Tija will be spending the next week listening to crap about the change.
