Waiting for the snow

susandennisSnow snow snow... They are making promises that I doubt they will keep. They are saying 3 inches here at my house. Starting today. I'm ready and hopeful but realistic.
No work today. But no big plans either. I'll start with the gym and go from there.
I tried one of my breakfast burritos - really just scrambled eggs wrapped in tortillas. I added cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion tops and bacon. Next time, i'll leave off the onion and add salt and pepper. Otherwise, pretty successful. They need 1 full minute nuked from the fridge.
