Thank you, LJ!
Mar. 29th, 2011 04:00 pmI remember back in the old days when LJ had more action. There were frequent outages and updates were painful and there were about half the features there are today. I miss the days when there were tons of people posting here. Periodically, I read cracks about the Russian takeover but, for my money, I'm loving the new stuff and I'm grateful there is still such a place as Live Journal with all its features and functions. And the die hards like you and me.
Two of the latest additions really tickle me. One is letting non-LJers add comments using other credentials. My friend, Amy, is no longer relegated to Anonymous! I don't think, when you use other credentials, you get informed of replies or comments to your comments but still it's just nicer than anonymous.
I also like the new Community Directory. Fun stuff. I can't wait until I have time so I can really explore.

And you can rest assured that I will be on LiveJournal until the day I die. I'm going to outlast everyone!
