susandennisToday was a great class! First of all the music was Summer of 1967. My own personal FREEDOM!!! I had escaped from high school, in tact and was on my way out of my parents' home forever. Life was just amazingly excellent in about 36 cajillion ways. And that music transports me to those feelings just instantly.
She had us doing a bunch of slow and deliberate exercises. The same ones we always do but very slowly and with extreme concentration on breathing and style. It was very interesting and tomorrow I will hurt like a sombitch but in my head, I'm hearing great tunes.
