The PalmGear people have been bombarding my hotmail account with emails. I mainly just delete them but today I read one and it was a lovely note from the head guy apologizing about all their website upgrade problems and yadda yadda. Skip to the conciliatory gift... 15% off. Ok dokey. I've been wanting Monopoly but just can't justify $30.

Skip on over to the website and yep, it's $26. It's a stretch but ok. I should do my part in making them feel better about their upgrade. Plus it's really too hot to knit and I could amuse myself with Monopoly, etc. etc. The justifications get weaker from here on in.

So I order. Fill in Screen #1 with all the info, fill in Screen #2 with all the info... no one has asked me yet for my credit card so I hit Next and I'm back on the home page with a little button that says my cart is empty... hmmmm Click on cart. There's Monopoly. Click on Next. Fill in Screen #1. Fill in Screen #2. Click Next. And I'm back to the home page with a little button that says my cart is empty.

There are maybe a few kinks they haven't quite ironed out yet? But, I know when the fates are screaming in my face. $25 for a stupid PalmOS game when there are a million free ones out there... Don't be ridiculous!
