Tonight I am having Turkey Pocket Sandwich (really more of a pasty than sandwich) with Mushroom Sauce.

In the freezer is:

Seafood Casserole and Broccoli
Beef Pot Pie
Baked Sausage Manicotti with Caesar Salad and garlic bread
Breaded Pan-Fried Pork Medallions with Roasted Radishes

Plus I have fresh spinach with Feta Cheese Dressing and 2 tart shells and quiche makings.

Yeah, Chef Anita and I have a thing about broccoli. I allow a little - a very little. I think she may have stepped over the 'little' line this time but I've learned to try first and bitch later. She won the last broccoli round so she may win this one.
