My stitches are out!! My head has no bumps, no stitches. Nice. I wish my regular doctor has his office in the same place. It could not be easier to get to, even during rush hour. Oh well.

Next up are eyeballs. I have got to get this vision thing figured out. I did not wear my contact all weekend and discovered that my right eye has great long distance vision. I mean perfect. My left eye (the one that wears the bifocal contact lens) does not. But neither read the computer well enough to work long stretches without the lens.

I'm calling today for an appointment.

Now I have to get to work!

Yay for no stitches!

You probably already know this, but because I love to type I'll say it anyway: Shortly after Lazix became popular, people like me who have great distance vision but need reading glasses clamored for something which would help us. The solution which is offered is to make one eye near-sighted while leaving the other for distance. Allegedly over time the brain learns to make one eye dominant for reading and the other for normal things like driving. Your no-contact experiment makes me wonder. Anyway, looking forward to hearing what the doc has to say.
