Gym Report - class
May. 26th, 2011 03:08 pmMarci was back! And it was good but I was a bit surprised how much is required of my knees and shins in her class. None of same were available for work today so it made some stuff a hair difficult. Like pushups. I can do them on my toes but when I'm done I drop to my knees, or if I'm doing really well, I may move my foot to just under my waist and get up that way (very rarely am I able to do that last bit, actually). Neither of those were options today. So while I could do pushups, I couldn't do many and was constantly afraid of falling on my knees.
So it was a struggle but crunches were fine and arm/shoulder stuff was good and I was glad I went.
