Stuff du jour

This work project is better than that last one but it does have some really amazingly stupid spots and some 'what in the fuck are they thinking... oh, I see they are not' spots. Especially this early on, that is not a good sign. It's not a long term deal - I'm guessing we will be done by the end of the Summer with some really frantic times and some hurry up and wait times. So far I have managed to be in charge of my time. I've only gone over 8 hours a day once. And I'm enjoying the extra me time enormously.

Just now the system is down so I am declaring today over.

I do need to put away the laundry. I was going to wait until Betty got up but that looks like it might not be in this decade so she's just going to have to suffer.

The kitchen is clean and the dishwasher emptied.

I feel so much better when stuff is done.

Stuff not done. I have two checks that need to go to the bank. They have been in my purse since forever. I think they are 'valid only for 90 days' or something so they really need to get there. Maybe tomorrow I'll treat myself to lunch out and take them then.

I am astounded at how little I have to say here. It seems like there has been a meaty journal entry rattling around in my head for a while - wonder where it is? Guess it has not finished rattling.
