I rarely post a review on Yelp but I've found that lately I've been checking it for reviews more often and turn about is fair.  So I posted about my hair cutting experience this weekend.  I got a note tonight from the shop owner.  I do admire that he went to the trouble to responding.  But I stand by my review.  He did offer me a free service.  I thanked him and declined.  I don't need to go back there.
