My mother says she got Clementine tangerines at the grocery store last week. I think she's mistaken. I think she got something that is maybe sweeter than a regular orange and redder in color and small and she thinks its a Clementine tangerine. I think it's ok for her to think that. As she would note... she is 80 years old.

I wrote stole and tweaked some java script for my internal website that was working great on some pages and not great on others. I spent a fair amount of Thursday and some of Wednesday trying to figure out what the problem was. I figured it out today. Net, net. I am not bright. I am so very grateful that there is not a 'help' line you can call to get help with stolen code. I would have embarrassed mysefl.

It is hot.

I need an interior designer. I'll take one from Bravo or HGTV (well except Car Loans from This Small Space - he just annoys me).

Car Loans

Once again, [livejournal.com profile] susandennis rises to the top of my "I'm so glad to know you" list.

Someone has brought the gravitas of the office of [livejournal.com profile] susandennis to realizing that this man's name is a means of financing an automobile.

[livejournal.com profile] fj will never be able to call me for being mean to this man again. "Hey!" I'll say, "If you have a problem with what I call him, take it up with [livejournal.com profile] susandennis!"

My home life just got a whole lot better.

We get Clementine's here in Charlotte. The grocery stores sell boxes of them for about 5 dollars.

Sean loves them because he says they remind him of the citrus he ate while living in Korea.

Well, it's WalMart $5 which means I am depriving the American worker of an honest wage, contributing to the unemployment problem of the area, not to mention exploiting all of the sweatshop workers.

But generally they go on sale for anywhere around $4.99 to $5.99.

Keep in mind I also live in an area where the average person lives below the poverty level. (I.E. Defunct factory town outside of Charlotte.)

I don't believe she's mistaken in the least - Clemetines are in fact being sold on the east coast currently. You can either get them singlely or by the case.

They're good too! :-)
